Nintendo should do the following:
1. Get some new second party developers on board, and license their intellectual proporties to those developers.
2. Make Wii U (and 3DS) the number one choice for indie developers.
3. License their intellectual proporties to certain proven indie developers.
4. Get pack on the CASUAL TRACK!
5. New SKUs, like a Wii Fit U SKU, Mario Kart SKU and so on.
6. MORE MARKETING, and market third party games as much as first and second party games.
7. $50 price cut
8. Release a Wii Sports U (a retail version of Wii Sports Club with additional sports)
9. Create a Nintendo Sports brand, similar to EA Sports.
