Japanese developers in general are bad at PC development if you looked at many PC ports from Japanese developers such as Dark Souls which was broken up the ass at launch... So that + the fact that Nintendo has had zero experience with PC before will probably mean its a bad idea... If Japanese developers that have made games for PC before is having a hard time making games for PC, Nintendo would get wrecked
Also lets not forget that Nintendo loves making games for specialized hardware which is PC is not... Making games for 1000s of different hardware configs from a developer that only makes games for specialized hardware seems impossible
