Wow man, please, the 3ds is generations above the ps1, stop kidding yourself. Resident evil revelations, kid Icarus uprising, bravely default, just off the top of my head, blow away the ps1 and ps2.... Bartender! I want what he's having!

I don't mean exactly, but in terms of specs:

DS ~ PS1 level
3DS ~ PS2 level but effectively in 240p which is like PS1

There are some specs where 3DS is lower than PS2 level, and some higher.  The fillrate is a bit lower.  But with it having to power 3 frame buffers (1 lower view + 2 upper stereo views) the effective quality per display is lower than PS2.

I wish 3DS games were in higher resolution, at least as high as PS Vita although TBH these days higher DPI smartphones are more common.
