Should I wait for the next Wii U price cut?

Maybe this is a stupid question, but why would they drop the price when MK / Smash Bros. release? Shouldnt the games boost the sales enough already?

But not in the same week. They can drop the price when the hype dies, although we don't know the Smash Bros's release date so could not happen this year too (2015 would be a safe bet for price cut).
