Bayonetta 2 will perform better than Ryse, God of War, etc.

It wouldn't. 480p at 60fps would look and play better than 1080p at 30fps.

Frame rate is VERY important in games of this genre.

It may play better, but no way would it look better.

 

Also why is fr so important? As long as the input delay is low, it's essentially the same game 30 or 60.
