I actually meant it's peak year, not it's peak month. And it's not 50k a week in america, it's 50k in an entire month.

 

For comparisons sake the 3DS sold around 150k this time last year, with less software and no 2DS

Note that this is a "weekly" chart, and the 3DS's numbers for North America are quite clearly 50K in that week.

It's selling 50K per week in America, not per month.
