Sounds as Though Smash Bros. Designer's (Sakurai) Arm Injury is Getting Worse

I don't quite see why it needs to be him that playtests everything perfectly. He could just watch while somebody else actually worked the controllers, perhaps a confidante that's worked with him on Smash Bros before and really gets how the game should "feel"
