That's an interesting point. You mean like how you can reload and unused bullets are returned instantly to the "pool"? Every shooter I play, I always make sure that reloading with half a clip doesn't waste bullets--I don't know why I still bother, as it never happens. It's made me into an obsessive reloader who pops in a new clip after firing once or twice.
