I just started to track these sites because Dark_Feanor said there are tons of stock here... and it is not... for now only Submario, Walmart, Americanas and few others have it in stock... all the others online are sold out. And the price is being more close to R$3500 than R$4000... almost every retail is giving a R$500 "à vista" or one time in credit card... seems like the profit over this price in retail is huge to them give a R$500 deal. The price is absurd BTW but people are buying (gray market or official)... 2 units in less than 12 hours in PontoFrio shows that.... MagazineLuiza sold 1 unit in the same time. Sony Brasil need a price cut... they will sell tons if the price get close to R$2000. |
Sure it would. On the gray market the average price is $ 2500-2800. Still way more expensive than the official XboxOne. Price is definetely preventing brazilians to enjoy the PS4. But the worst of it is that there´s no sight of a price cut soon. Perhaps Sony really doesn´t care much about Brazil after all.
It seems that for brazilians this generation will be about MS and Nintendo..... again. That´s a shame. Our government SHOULD launch incentives do the development of the videogame industry here for once.
