No... the "focus" is on games in Spring. But they always pitch something for future too.

The focus is not on games in Spring, but on games in the end of Spring.

So, this practically confirms Mario Kart will be the next big game for Wii U after DKTF.

By the end of Spring does not mean at the end of Spring. It just means they will focus on games releasing between now and the end of Spring (mid/late June) or basically games releasing before E3.
