North America versus Europe - who would win in an all out war?

You are forgetting that Russia is part of Europe in this situation. 

If it was so easy for the US to destroy Russia, then why didn't America win the Cold War? I think your underestimating Russia's military strength. 

both of them can destroy each other... we have enough nuclear power to destroy the world many times... thats why there was a cold war... because nobody will be a winner....
