You really won´t get the same game on the PS4 and XBox unless the PS4 version is intentionally gimped.
It is as far as we know better in every single hardware category .
(aside from the CPU clock speed which is still unknown for the PS4...and even then an insider said that you "can get more out of the PS4´s" which implies that the overhead is probably far less on Sony´s system)
