Interesting take by Sony, but I tend to agree that the deal never should have been done in the first place. It seems like a strange use of taxpayer money. Investing in infrastructure like roads facilitates commerce for everyone. A $75 million dollar investment in a single company that most state residents will get no benefit from seems silly by comparison.
The company didn't provide that many jobs in the grand scheme of things, and they were really only stolen from a neighboring state. I sort of doubt that the expected tax revenue really made up for the risk the state was taking on.
