PS4: 90 million.
Xone: 60 million.
Wii U: 20 million.

I expect similar Sony/MS combined numbers as last gen, with Sony getting a bigger share. The WiiU is selling below Gamecube levels at this point, but I think it can salvage enough to manage the same number of sales.
