The company is only accountable to their sales and not customer satisfaction. The latter is only relevant because it is one of the main causes for low or high sales. It is however not directly connected to the company.

If you choose not to hold companies to a standard, fine. But those of us who demand to be treated respectfully do.

I think you should only demand things you are entitled to.



If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
