The problem with those dual controller shotgun-style mock ups is that they're cutting out the cord.

I don't see how that aluminum framed version that was actually bolted together or the IGN mock up could realistically be made without Ninty releasing a wireless Nunchuk first.

The mock shotgun would work because the nunchuck is turned backwards and the cord would be coiled in the space between the Remote and Nunchuck though good point about the others. I completely forgot about the cord on the pistol one.

 

Oh well, I stand by my statement that the shotgun is made of win. Could you imagine just holding that thing up on your should using the thumb closest to you for walking and pointing the gun to look? That would be just an incredible experience. I would totally waste another $20-30 just for that accessory if a game was built for it.

And looking at the IGN mockup again, that probably isn't even a nunchuck on there but another controller add on with the obvious thumbstick, the reload being the pump that takes the place of a z or c button.
