SDK - Software Development Kit
It's like the Operating System and Tools you use to write games. Every time they update it, you have to test your developing game and might need to make a few changes. It can be very good – things run exponentially faster, or bad things crash. (Like putting a train on new tracks – it might run faster, but you want to make sure it doesn’t fall off.)
One of the things developers really liked last gen of the 360 over the PS3 was the software tools Microsoft game them. I forget who said it but one developer said, "It was delivered on Angle Wings" or something like that. He really liked the MS tools for checking code errors (bugs) on the Xbox 360.
The only thing that seems a bit odd, is the Xbox One uses less of the RAM than the PS4's.
