"Constantly" in the supply chain is 2 weeks or more if you are dealing with countries outside NA and west EU.

For instance, Brazil recived only two batches of PS4 since november, and the second was early december and it´s not sold out!!! The same situation have happened in other places, including Scandinavia, South Africa and Australia (the later when in fact PS4 had sold out).

My point is, if Sony did manufactured and shipped 5mi PS4 last year there is no reason claiming there is shortage WW in January.

Whether Sony shipped 4.3mi - 4.5mi PS4 last quarter and there is shortage everywhere or they shipped 5mi and there is no shortage anywere.

Oh dear God. You're actually using Brazil in your argument ... Ok, I'm done with this conversation. I'm sure other people will have more patience than me.
