Unmario.
a steady stream of marios run along a 2.5D platformer environment. you design the levels in real time, adding level/world-specific obstacles, enemies etc, trying to prevent even a single mario to reach the end of the level. the longer you manage to hold him back the more points you get, which you can use to buy in-game stuff like special obstacles and enemy power-ups. at the end of castle and ghost house levels you get to control the boss.
