I don't want to say this cause I will feel like a wank but I don't think the install base of the wiiU is large enough (said it in the nicest way possible), and not only that, I don't think people ever bought a Nintendo console for Racing Sims...
Sure, ps4 and x1 has established franchises but they also have the audience for it where as on the wiiU, there just aren't many people that care about racing sims... Third party sales are terrible as it already is, even the ones that actually put some effort get bad results (which there aren't many) so... I think it makes sense as to why they are developing for the x1 and ps4 as well... Plus those are the same architecture as PC so it shouldn't be too hard to adapt
