Especially when you consider nostalgia and how ground breaking it was when we first played it. No other game came close that gen. Even Windwaker and Twilight Princess can't hold a candle to the original 3D zelda. Not Super Mario 64, Not Star Fox 64, Not Golden Eye, Not FF7, Not Metal Gear Solid... Which says a lot because all of those games are classics in their own right. Yes I said FF7 which while I feel is over rated(I Love FF3 too much) definitely introduced the love affair with CGI and dramatic story telling. |
