Well The Last of Us sold great, and Beyond did as well considrering how bad it is. Then Companys like Capcom and Konami made profits of the games they released.
And yes arkham Origins sold worse the ist predecessors but it also didn´t have the Budget nor the Marketing force behind it.
If the games are profitable it doesn´t matter as much, how many Units it sells
