So aside from the fact that Windwaker is more valuable than the ps2 sets.   There was also more done to Celda than just adapting to HD such as gameplay enhancements, altered quests, added gamepad features... Clearly this article is written from someone that is not impartial.

Wow, you're doing exactly what the author said a fanboy would do, take something that deserves to be criticized and try to somehow justify it.

The fact that Wind Waker sells for that much on Ebay doesn't even come close to giving Nintendo a reason to sell the remake for $50. Also what does it matter if Nintendo did some extra stuff on the Wind Waker HD remake? It still took only 6 months to develop, they don't have to cover huge development costs for the game.

Nintendos choice to price the game at $50 is bullshit and does not need to be defended.

That is total bullshit, a game that has been developed for cheap should be priced accordingly and not be priced higher because it's a remake of a timeless masterpiece. Also by what metric is Wind Waker a timeless masterpiece and Shadow of the Colossus (you know the game that you get with ICO in the HD Collection for $40) isn't? Because it sells for more on Ebay? Cause if that's the reason, then I have another game that apparently is a much bigger masterpiece than Wind Waker and SotC together:
