The spun off TV division may well continue to "make the best TVs".
Especially if it's debts and costs are reduced, possibly via courts, it could instantly be more profitable,
and a Korean/Chinese brand may want to buy it, keeping Bravia as high end line but using it's tech in lower end models as well.
