I contacted the Sony support in November, because I only got one 10€-coupon instead of three (I uploaded 3 x 50 € in my PSN wallet)... it took 2 weeks, but finally they sorted it out and sent me a code worth the missing 20€.

But I contacted them before reaching the expiration date... so I don't know, if they are are accomodating way after the expiration date.
