I don't find anything wrong with this.
I think some people don't like this because they think that games are still childrens toys and are not allowed to take on serious subjects or have a message.
Mr. Kagan even says, "People can read and watch things about the Holocaust, they do not need these kinds of games.”
This shows that he doesn't have a problem with the CONTENT, but rather the MEDIUM on which it is being conveyed.
Video games are a medium, a way to communicate and convey ideas, and they have just as much right as any other medium to take on the Holocaust.
