I like most of what I am reading except the no Co op part. I was really hoping Sony would have at least one game that is Co op and not a sports/annual title. So many people yearn for games they can sit down and play with another, and next gen offers very little in that regard. I understand the need to be cinamatic but isn't the enjoyment of the buyer suppose to be paramount? Playing with friends hightens the experience for most.
Even if the campaign could not be multi, why not a Coop mode similar to Resistance 2 , Uncharted 2/3, or Gears of War? I really enjoy those experiences.
Also very glad its not going to be a Cutscene fest, AAA titles are forgetting that gamers hate losing control. The Last of Us did very well with having environmental based story elements, where the game doesn't arrest control from you but gives strong emotional dialogue and inference(ex:giraffe). Demon's Souls also does this extremely well, where story is rarely forced down your throat but is abundant around you.
