Playstation Now is the future of gaming already initiated by the successful PS Plus.
Can you imagine PS+ without rented games? No, absolutely not.
In the future we couldn't imagine not playing all the great PS1, PS2 and PS3 games on TVs, tablets or Vita everywhere just with a (good) Internet connection.
Notice that to play PS4 games you'll still need an expensive PS4. And the people who really like TLOU or GT6 or UC and absolutely want to play it in perfect conditions, they could still buy super super slim 149-199$ PS3 bundles to play in those ideal (low input lag, no compressed image) conditions.
And then they'll want to play the shiny new GT, UC or TLOU on the shiny PS4!
