GTAV launched with a smartphone app for their manual. It had all of the instructions as well as an interactive map of the game. There should be a standard for this, maybe through the playstation app?
Rockstar always had the best manuals on PS2/3
All that said, I don't mind the death of the manual. It saves paper which isn't a bad thing.
