Resident Evil, Onimusha composer revealed as fraud

Wasn't Resident Evil: The Director's Cut's OST terrible? He had to get someone else to produce that for him?

Edit: Apparently that was the Dual Shock Version of the Director's Cut. Still, shame on him :(
