The gap between the PS4 and the Xbox One is getting worse. The Xbox One got beat in every market VGChartz has number for this week.
The numbers for the Xbox One in Europe show no signs of improvement either, if it's not panic time for MS (at least in Europe) than it's certainly sit down and have a good long think time.
Edit: In the first version of this post I had a line about how the Xbox One was being outsold YTD by both the PS4 and PS3. I was going by the 1/18/14 numbers with have been adjusted and no longer show the Xbox One being outsold YTD (WW) by the PS3.
