Which is talking about the successer............ We did not know hardly anything (that was not leaked) about the PS4 and Xbox One until they were officially announced.

I'm not sure that was a good strategy though. But really, i think you are exagerating. He did make the statement in behalf of the family of products. It was unfortunate the example he gave, i will grant you that.
