What everyone is failing to realize is this. If MS had some sort of deal in place before Bioware was picked up by EA, EA's hands are tied. EA would have to honor whatever contract Bioware and MS had in place before the purchase.

I get the feeling that someone would have mentioned something about exclusivity if that was the case.

I get the feeling that EA and/or Sony would have happily announced the ME is hitting PS3 if they weren't some sort of deal in place.
