NEXT GEN CONCEPT: If Nintendo and Sony both choose to make 'fusion' consoles, what will Microsoft do?

I seriously doubt Sony will attempt another handheld, 'fusion' or otherwise, after the trainwreck that is Vita - all the more considering the horrible financial situation they're in, and have been in for years on end.
