Technically they only said they played for four hours, advancing main story and completing side missions. I'm pretty sure 'through' doesn't necessarily mean 'through from start to finish'. You could have been going through a tunnel for a minute, yet there could easily be several minutes more worth of tunnel ahead.
Of course Ground Zeroes is probably not going to be long, but four hours just seems unbeliavably short unless they decided to skip all cutscenes etc., in which case I'm guessing it still sounds shorter than I'd like to believe.
