Why haven't Sony or MS copied Wii Play?

I think a pack-in with fl0w would be frggin amazing, the game costs very little to purchase, has wonderful graphics (considering what it is :x ), has tilt control, and is created by Sony's first party so it's no real pressure on a third party developer.
