Hindsight III: Which Console was REALLY more powerful? Gamecube or Xbox

Overall, I'd say Gamecube. Xbox was the texture and online king and Gamecube was the polygon and load time king. Based on power, I'd call it a tie. But have you ever opened any of these consoles up to look at their sexy insides? The Xbox is a total mess inside. You can tell how little effort was put into hardware R&D. The Gamecube was beautiful inside. The intricate insides peel apart like an onion. Clearly some kind of otherworldly force was brought in to help design it. The Gamecube is, hands down, the best designed console ever, in my opinion.
