So the dude who is designing the Microsoft Phone is also secretly designing the Xbox1? No? Then it is 3 divisions. Get some logic. 

Just to clear up, A division can have one to many different business units.  In a company I work for, our division is technical services, but within technical services there are 5 different business units.
