well....that was originally an MS published game. Of course it wasn't gonna be on PS3. But then EA bought BioWare, and voila, ME2 ends up on PS3 a year later, even though it was "exclusive" to 360. They also said ME1 wasn't coming to PS3 and was exclusive to 360 and voila, it ended up on PS3. Only reason it took 5 years to do it is because MS had the publishing rights to the game.
EA =/= MS. So that invalidates your argument
