For now it is exclusive to recent AMD GPUs, so no it won't do anything for Nvidia cards at this time. It has been said that Mantle is open and is in theroy compatable with any modern GPU, so it is theoretically possible that Nvida will add support in the future. However being a AMD co-developed API and Nvidia's commitment to improving exisitng DX and OpenGL APIs rather than adopting a new one it seems unlikely at the moment.
