Thank God, someone understands! I'm not the only one that thinks a Star Fox game from Insomniac drawing inspiration from Ratchet and Clank would be amazing! Just imagine, a game like Up Your Arsenal, but with the Great Fox acting as the hub ship where you get your missions instead of the Starship Phoenix. It would be a great way to develop the lore of the Lylat system. It would integrate ground and space combat well, and make the ground combat fun and meaningful, unlike with Assault which was tedious and bland. It would bring back the joy of exploration of the planets from Adventures, without making it the whole focus. So much promise here. Even if they don't get Insomniac to do it, they should still draw some heavy inspiration from Ratchet and Clank.
