They would presumably acquire Two Tribes Publishing, which isn't bankrupt. And if Nintendo were to acquire Two Tribes Publishing, they'd need to populate the "new" development studio with staff... I'm sure that the ones from the Two Tribes studio would still be looking for work right now.
