What's disturbing or immoral about hating part of your family? Makes me want to hear how "messed up" your real thoughts really are. I think my sister is one of the biggest bitches I know, my father is a failure and my mother is on the opposite end of smart. I talk about it all the time to other people.
As for me I have some very strong unpopular opinions about lots of things. Mostly due to my rational thought process disregarding anything "moral" or "ethical".
I don't think people should be judged by their thoughts, only their actions.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
