when I bought my 360 it way £279.l99 but I had the option of paying and extra £20 for a 2nd controller, PGR3 and a disk with 10 Live demos on it.
PGR3 has not for resale stamped across it and the game and controller were in a box together with something like 2nd controller bundle written accross it so they kinda did.
The fact this was only available to me when I purchased the 360 and it wasn't advertised - the assistant just asked me at the time "as you are purchasing this 360 you have the option of buying the 2nd controller bundle if you wish for an addition £20.00"
