Don't make one... As much as I like their handhelds, SONY doesn't seem to give them the proper support a handheld needs to survive. In addition, they always seem to make a few (but large) design choices that rub most people the wrong way (Memory Sticks and their pricing for an obvious example).

I think if SONY went a little easier with the proprietary hardware/peripherals, lighter on the specs for the sake of pricing and battery life, and had 5 dedicated PSV devs, it would have been in a far better position.

EDIT: I'm also not against ktay95's idea AT ALL. Assuming the phone was at a resonable prince. S3/4 and iPhone5's (not sure what iteration these devices are on) aren't reasonably priced to me after seeing the Nexus 5.
