What would your first thought be if nintendo network became a paid service like xbox live and ps plus?

It's not about the price I'm paying, it's about the value I'm getting. PS plus offers the best value of any paid sevice, so I'm willing to pay for it. I wouldn't pay $50 as year for any less.
