From my experience with Gamestop, there is a large sum of people who buy market fresh consoles with ridiculous expectations, then immediately sell it and get the "other" system, only to be back in a month and get the original one. This happened a lot with PS360. I find the mind set totally flawed and just crazy. New Consoles should never be decided upon based on their launch exclusives, rather what is to come further down the line and general outlook of said console. Maybe I am just a cost/time efficient person that I don't find it practical to buy all the systems, or switch back and forth(which is the biggest money sink a gamer can do). I only find it necessary to find the console I will have the most fun with for the most amount of time for the best price. I haven't picked up a PS4.....yet, but I will sometime this year. Its the most cost effective for power, will have majority of the games that release on any platform, huge fan of Sony Exclusives and they have a good track record of released them throughout their system's life and well after it is succeeded by the next. |
Art Institute and they dont have the money to just switch on a dime, but they are all getting Xbox Ones first whom were applicable to what I was saying at the hangout. We had the Xbox One the PS4 and the Wii U and Xbox One was the one we had the most fun that night. A lot of us play fighting games as well. Essentially the console that gets the most attention is the one that allows for more competitive gaming in a multiplayer sense, so thats probably an attributing factor. No one has the money to be playing all of the consoles right now.
