The other reason I think it will be heavily centered around seniors is because the fitness market for 20-30 somethings is really not blue ocean at all. It's as competitive as the gaming business and companies like Nike have a monstrous stranglehold on it. Even MS has XBox Fitness which looks like its going to grow into an entire network.
Apple also purchased or is working with the guys who invented the original Kinect, so one has to wonder how far off "Apple Fitness" is as well.
With seniors, the competition is likely a lot less fierce.
