PC gamers traditionally hate long response times, so it'll be a long time before they jump on board.
Console gamers who are fine with the response times of streaming prefer to have physical ownership of games.
Most importantly, it's expensive! PlayStation Now is great for being consumer friendly and the like, but in the long run it's still a much more expensive option than buying a PS3 and games.
