Make it Prime Trilogy and I'd gladly triple-dip on those games.

Twilight Princess would be a close second, followed by Resident Evil 4 assuming it was handled much better than the PS360 HD versions.

Other games: A Rogue Squadron Trilogy, Eternal Darkness, F-Zero GX, Pikmin 1 & 2 and RE Remake.
